Expressions of Love
Do you see yourself as a gift to the Universe? Do you applaud yourself for each feat you accomplish? How do you see life?
What can we do to express the joy of love and get into the habit of loving and respecting yourself ? What does this do for others?
What can you do for you?
1. You can write out what you are grateful for each day. It doesn’t have to be a huge experience. The “smallest” of gratidues reinforces the subconscious to get the message that gratitude is a good thing. Ultimately you will see more to be grateful for. This elevates your positive energy and gives you permission to be happy and successful. It works!
2. Write a letter to yourself thanking you for living one day at a time, for being here and for your courage to move forward. You may see a shift in energy and a shift in your world. Note your thoughts as you do this.
What would it be like if you were focused on positives in your life? All of us have them no matter how “miniscuel or how large.” What have you done daily to enhance the habit of postive thoughts? What have you done to reframe your concentration or uplift it?
