Presents the 1st Support Group for Families/Friends of loved ones who are
presently Suicidal. We have achieved one year of powerful meetings and are looking to expand.
Your Help is Appreciated.
This group is devoted to the family and friends of loved ones who have suicidal thoughts. The purpose of the group is to bond together in order to support one another with suggestions and mutual understanding. All of us have searched for information and support from others who have experienced having a family member who is suicidal. It is an alone experience. That is why we began our group.
The group takes on a persona of its own as each person shares their concerns and what has worked for them. Being with people who understand the emotional upheaval for all those who love the sick person is priceless. This is a lay support group.
All information is CONFIDENTIAL.
We are looking to contact all hospitals and outpatient facilities. If you know directors or heads of departments within the facility, we appreciate the information. We are also looking for our flyers to be distributed to patients and families before discharge.
Our support group meets on the Second Wednesday of every month at:
